How we work

The work happens at your door. The van carries common locks, cylinders, gearboxes and key blanks, so many jobs are finished in a single visit. The lock is tested with you before we leave, and you get working keys in your hand.
If a part has to be ordered, you hear about it before we leave, along with the plan for the follow-up. Nothing is left vague, and no work starts on a price you have not agreed.
What we do — and what we do not do
We are a general locksmith for homes and flats: emergency lockouts, lock changes, lock repairs, uPVC door locks, broken key extraction, lost keys, key cutting and anti-snap upgrades. We also secure homes after break-ins.
We work on homes and flats only. If you need help with something outside our work, we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
