Brixton Locksmith collects only the information needed to do the job: your name, your phone number, your address, and details of the lock problem. That information is used to arrange the visit and to keep a record of the work done.

What we collect
When you call or send a WhatsApp message, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us: your name, your address, and the details of the lock problem. If you send a photo of a lock, we receive that too.
This website does not use contact forms, accounts, or newsletters. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to lose.
How we use it
Your information is used to arrange the visit, to give you a quote, and to keep a record of the work done — which lock was fitted, which keys were cut, and what was charged. That record helps if you call again later about the same lock.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing. We do not send promotional messages.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as they are useful — usually to honour any follow-up on the work and to answer questions about it later. Messages on WhatsApp stay on the phone they were sent to, under WhatsApp's own terms.
If you would like your details removed from our records, ask us and we will delete what we hold, except where the law requires us to keep a record — for example, for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, call or WhatsApp 07984 547185. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Do you share my phone number with anyone?
No. Your phone number is used only to arrange your visit and to contact you about the job. We do not sell phone numbers, share them with advertisers, or use them for marketing messages of any kind. If you ask us to delete your details, we will do so, except where the law requires a record to be kept.
Do you keep photos of my lock?
Photos sent over WhatsApp stay on the phone they were sent to, under the terms of that app. We use them only to identify the lock and to bring the right parts. We do not publish photos of your home or your locks anywhere.
Can I ask you to delete my details?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp 07984 547185 and ask us to delete what we hold about you. We will do so, except where the law requires us to keep a record, for example for tax purposes. Job records are otherwise kept only while they are useful.
Does this website use cookies?
This website uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to count visits and clicks on the call and WhatsApp buttons. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and collects an anonymised IP address; it does not collect your name, phone number, or message content. Opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
